Buddy Program

At Apollo Parkways Primary School all Prep students are matched with a Grade 6 buddy.  At the beginning of the year the Grade 6 students play a vital role in the inducation of new Prep students to school life.  Throughout the year the buddy grades share a variety of learning experiences, for example: literacy, mathematics, technology and special events such as Arbor week and footy day.  The bond that develops between the youngest and oldest students in the school has created a caring, nurturing school culture and memories that are never forgotten.
